By requesting a quote, scheduling a pickup, or selling your vehicle, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older
- You have legal ownership of the vehicle
- You agree to follow these Terms and Conditions
If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
2. Services We Provide
We offer:
- Cash for junk cars, used cars, wrecked cars, and unwanted vehicles
- Free towing and pickup
- Same-day or scheduled removals
- Help with Florida DMV paperwork
All offers are based on the information you share.
3. Accuracy of Information
You must provide correct details about your car including:
- Make, model, and year
- Title status
- Condition
- Exact location
If the actual condition differs, we may adjust or cancel the offer.
4. Proof of Ownership
To sell a vehicle, you must show valid proof of ownership such as:
- Title (if available)
- Registration
- Bill of sale
- Valid ID
- Lien release (if needed)
We cannot buy a vehicle when ownership cannot be verified.
5. Payment Policy
- Payment is made on the spot at pickup.
- We usually pay cash, unless another method is agreed upon.
- Once payment is completed and documents are signed, the sale is final.
6. Vehicle Pickup and Towing
- Towing is free for all customers within our service area.
- Pickup times depend on scheduling and driver availability.
- You must remove all personal items from the vehicle before pickup
Important: Personal Items Inside the Vehicle
We use most vehicles for scrapping and recycling, which means they are processed quickly.
If you forget personal items inside your vehicle:
You must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) after the sale.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to recover any items because the vehicle may already be dismantled or crushed.
We are not responsible for lost items that were left inside the vehicle.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel before the tow truck arrives.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
8. Title & Paperwork Assistance
We follow all Florida DMV (FLHSMV) laws.
We may help with:
- Lost title guidance
- Completing a liability release
- Duplicate title instructions
We cannot provide legal advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to weather or traffic
- Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle
- Any damages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Any indirect or incidental damages
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer information is used only to:
- Provide quotes
- Schedule towing
- Complete the sale
We do not sell or misuse your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updates.
